Analisis Kompetensi Guru dalam Proses Pelaksanaan Evaluasi Pembelajaran di SDN Peninggilan 05
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe the Implementation Process of Learning Evaluation conducted by teachers at SDN Peninggilan 05 and to know more about teacher competencies in preparing lesson plans, implementing learning and evaluating learning. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data obtained by interviewing one of the teachers and students at SDN Peninggilan 05. Data analysis in accordance with the research objectives are: the teacher already has good competence in planning, implementing, and evaluating learning so that learning outcomes obtained at this school also increased.
