Pengembangan Aplikasi Pembelajaran Matematika tentang Pengukuran Waktu, Panjang dan Berat untuk Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

Mathematics is a subject that is quite difficult, this due to the abstract characteristics of mathematical material, logical, systematic, full of symbols and formulas confusing. Besides that, the experience of learning mathematics together unpleasant teachers or confusing teachers, too shape students' negative attitudes towards mathematics. The purpose of this research is to create an application capable multimedia based mathematics learning increase student interest in mathematics, make it easier for students to understand math and material facilitate the teacher in delivering material that is abstract, logical, systematic, full of symbols and formulas that's confusing. The subject in this research is the application of learning mathematics about measuring time, length and weight for elementary school classes 5 in accordance with the syllabus, Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) mathematics. Built using software Macromedia Flash, the application development step begins with data collection through library research, observation, interviews, then analyze the system requirements, interface design, coding and testing system with black box and alpha test. From the research conducted produced learning applications mathematics about measuring time, length and weight for the School Class 5 base that can be used as supporting media learning for teachers and elementary school students grade 5.
