Abstract

This study aims to determine how to formulate the perfect specific learning objectives. Purpose is the translation of the vision and mission. Learning is a process of interaction between students and educators and learning resources in a learning environment. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. This type of qualitative descriptive research is commonly used to analyze social events, phenomena or circumstances. This research was conducted at SD Bina Bangsa Kalideres, West Jakarta. The results of research conducted by interview and documentation study with several teachers at SD Bina Bangsa. Based on the results of our research, the learning objectives are very important but are still not perfect in formulating learning objectives at SD Bina Bangsa. Specific learning objectives are the basis used in constructing tests. Therefore it is very important to place learning objectives as the basis for compiling instructional designs.
