This research was carried out because the process of implementing the 2013 curriculum at SDN Pinang 03 Tangerang City. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of implementing the 2013 curriculum learning at SDN Pinang 03 Tangerang City which includes planning, implementation, and assessment. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were school principals and class 1,2,3 and 6 teachers at SDN Pinang 03 Tangerang City. While the object of research is the implementation of the 2013 curriculum learning process at the elementary school. Data collection techniques obtained through observation and interviews. The data analysis technique uses the steps of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum learning process at SDN Pinang 03 Tangerang City was as follows: (1). Planning had proceeded according to the 2013 curriculum's rules stated in Permendikbud No.57 of 2014, but there were still difficulties in the preparation of learning materials and media. (2). The implementation of the learning process in class is in accordance with the RPP, but there are still obstacles in time management and learning media. (3). Assessment has not gone well because the implementation has used thematic, but in the assessment the teacher must make an assessment subject.
