Abstract

Indonesia is a country that will always try to keep abreast of the development of the Global Era and influence the beliefs and expectations, every turn of the Head of State (President) as well as the Minister of Education's Curriculum Changes will also take place. The problem that will continue to be faced is that the curriculum in Indonesia has undergone several renewals, until finally a new curriculum is created and disseminated in 2013 which is a curriculum that aims at competence and character. The 2013 curriculum has been arranged neatly and methodically, which aims to develop and refine the previous curriculum. This 2013 curriculum change has a goal to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. With the curriculum renewal, of course there are challenges and problems themselves both internally and externally. In accordance with the problem, this study aims to be able to analyze "How is the implementation of the 2013 curriculum on the quality of education in Baiturrachman integrated Islamic elementary school". The method used is descriptive qualitative method in order to know the efforts to improve the quality of education by using the 2013 curriculum.
