Abstract

This Community Service aims to optimize teachers' ability to independently compile Literacy and Numeracy instruments in accordance with the Minimum Competency Assessment standards (AKM) so that they can be implemented better. Through this activity, teachers can receive direct and continuous guidance so that they better understand the essence of literacy and numeracy skills that students must have. The enthusiasm of the participants, namely SMK AL-Amin Kilang teachers, made the activity run smoothly, resulting in numeracy instruments based on everyday life that reflect AKM needs. The evaluation results show that this program has a positive impact on teacher competence.
