Abstract

Islamic educational institutions are at the forefront of teaching both religious and general knowledge to students, aiming to cultivate a brilliant generation. Therefore, managing changes in these educational institutions is deemed highly necessary. By applying such management principles, educational programs and learning processes can be managed to create Islamic educational institutions that are integrated, advanced, superior, high-quality, highly competitive, and capable of producing graduates who are beneficial to others. The purpose of this research is to describe effective educational institutions and various management changes. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with a literature review method. The data analysis technique in this study refers to the opinions proposed by Miles & Huberman, which involves data reduction, data display to become information, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show several steps for Islamic Educational Institutions to become effective and manage changes.
