Abstract
Women's leadership from an Islamic perspective is something enjoy to discussed, in fact it is always an ongoing debate. This article will highlight the library review with a socio-historical and feminist approach. The characteristics of Islam include comprehensive and moderate. Islam gives rights to everyone who is entitled to receive them. As humans created by Allah SWT, women also have the right to lead, in the pages of Islamic history, the wifees of the Prophet Muhammad, Aisyah r.a. He has also played a role in leadership and even in war.
