Pengaruh Ice Breaking dan Semangat Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Kelas VII di SMP N 3 Kinali
Abstract
This research was motivated because many students found low learning outcomes with the reason that learning was boring and students tended to be sleepy in class and were not enthusiastic about learning in class. Therefore, it is necessary to do ice breaking in class so that students are enthusiastic again when participating in learning. This study aims to determine the effect of ice breaking and enthusiasm for learning on student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education subjects for class VII at SMPN 3 Kinali. The method used is a quantitative method of correlational type and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample of this study consisted of 32 people who were taken by purposive sampling from the existing population, namely class VII with 131 students. The instrument used was a questionnaire for both variables. Data analysis techniques using normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, linearity and hypothesis tests were analyzed using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study were obtained, namely In the first variable (X1), namely ice breaking has an effect on student learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the calculation of T count> T table, namely 2.957> 2.045 and a significance result of 0.00 <0.05. In the second variable, the effect of learning enthusiasm on learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the calculation of T count> T table 10.360> 2.045 and a significance result of 0.00 <0.05. And ice breaking and learning enthusiasm together have a positive effect on the learning outcomes of class VII students of SMPN 3 Kinali. It can be seen from the results of the F test which obtained an F count of 80.680 with an F table of 3.33 at a significance level of 5%. Then the calculation result for the R2 value is 0.774 which means the influence of ice breaking and learning enthusiasm on learning outcomes is 77.4%, the rest is influenced by other factors of the learning carried out which were not examined in this study.
