Strategi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Meningkatkan Prestasi Keagamaan Siswa di SDN 05 Air Tawar Barat

Abstract

The research is motivated by the importance of Islamic Religious Education Teacher strategies in improving student learning achievement. The aim of this research aims to determine the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers and improve students' religious achievement at SDN 05 Air Tawar Barat. The method used in this research is a qualitative case study type research method. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research were the school principal, Islamic Religious Education teacher and 5 students. The results of this research show that the strategies implemented are (1), mapping students' interests and talents, (2) providing guidance to develop students' talents and interests, (3) providing supporting facilities, (4) evaluating activities.
