Efektivitas Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam Fungsi Controlling terhadap Kinerja Guru dalam Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di MA Palapa Nusantara NW Selebung Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023

Abstract

This research aims to determine and prove the effectiveness of the principal's leadership in the controlling function of teacher performance in implementing the independent curriculum at MA Palapa Nusantara NW Selebung for the 2022/2023 academic year. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 23 people. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. Data collection was carried out by observation, questionnaires and documentation. Then the data was analyzed using descriptive data analysis with trend tests, research instrument tests (validity and reliability), classical assumption tests (normality tests and correlation tests), and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of data analysis, the correlation test value r_count=0.986 is obtained, which means that the leadership of the school principal in the controlling function can improve teacher performance in implementing the independent curriculum. Meanwhile, the hypothesis test obtained a t_{count value} of 27.047 > t_tabel 1.714, which means the research hypothesis was accepted (Ha was accepted), which means that the principal's leadership in the controlling function is very effective on teacher performance in implementing the independent curriculum at MA Palapa Nusantara NW Selebung for the 2022/2023 academic year.
