Abstract
As a human being who was born in the current era of globalization, there are many valuable lessons that we can learn. Like the entry of second Islamic philosophical thought. As philosophy is a science that was born from the Greeks, after being traced this philosophical thought entered the Islamic world through several stages, including: 1 The Development of Greek Thought, 2 Accidental Contact, 3 The Translator Movement. After going through these three stages, philosophical thought enters and then develops. So that philosophers from Islam were born such as, AL-Kindi, Al-Farabi, Ibn Sina, Ibn Rushd and Al-Ghazali.
