Penguatan Kapasitas Guru dalam Melakukan Evaluasi Autentik untuk Mengukur Capaian Pembelajaran Siswa di SDIT An Nahl Takengon

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out at SDIT An Nahl Takengon in the form of training and ongoing mentoring with the theme of strengthening teachers’ capacity in authentic assessment. The aim was to provide an understanding of the fundamental concepts of authentic assessment as well as the skills to develop relevant instruments and rubrics. The method used was Service Learning, a method that offers comprehensive services to the community based on their needs and provides practical solutions to existing problems. The results of the training and mentoring indicate an improvement in teachers’ understanding, skills, and confidence in implementing authentic assessment in the learning environment.
