Abstract

The title of this service is Extension of Public Service Quality Improvement in Labuapi Village, West Lombok Regency. This service mainly wants to ask questions and explain things related to Improving the Quality of Public Services in Labuapi Village, West Lombok Regency. The purpose of this service is for the public to know about improving the quality of public services. The results of the service show that the improvement of the quality of public services has been carried out for village officials and religious, community leaders and youth leaders in Labuapi Village, West Lombok Regency. Thus, there is a significant relationship between improving the quality of public services and the effectiveness of the implementation of tasks at the Labuapi Village Office, West Lombok Regency. To optimize this, it is necessary to add facilities such as adequate printer computers, internet networks and trained human resources as needed, as well as personnel (HR) need to be given training and socialization to the community is also very much needed.
