Abstract

Leadership is a conscious effort made by a person (leader) to be able to realize organizational goals through other people by providing motivation so that other people want to carry it out, and for that it is necessary to have a balance between the individual needs of the implementers. A leader must understand and understand the basics of leadership to be a leader, both in a small environment, such as family, discussion leaders, etc. as well as leaders in a large scope such as organizational leaders, religious leaders,state leaders and so on. Education is a process of guidance, educating that is given intentionally to students by adults in order to achieve the goals of education itself. Islamic education is a personality to become a human being who has good morals so that in everyday life you can find happiness, peace, and can reflect behavior according to Islamic law which is sourced from the Qur'an, the Sunnah of the Prophet and Ijtihad. Educational leadership is the ability to drive education to achieve educational goals. This understanding is in line with the philosophy of leadership which in essence upholds humanity (huma n relation).
