Pengaruh Sosial Media pada Masa Dewasa Awal

Abstract

Individuals in the early stages of adulthood often use social media as a tool for daily social interactions, including socialization, education, business, and more. However, the increasing use of social media has significant effects on the lives of young adults. This research adopts a literature review approach, where data is gathered through Google Scholar and Mendeley indexed in Sinta. The study incorporates various books and additional sources to enrich the information and strengthen the theories discussed. The results indicate that the evolution of social media influences various aspects of early adulthood, including social relationships, careers, mental health, and self-identity.
