Abstract

To accomplish learning goals, teaching materials are required. The development model must be considered while creating instructional materials in order to guarantee their high quality and promote efficient learning. Furthermore, education must keep up with current advancements, especially in the teaching and learning process, since we live in a time of highly developed IT. The purpose of this study is to create and evaluate animated text video-based instructional materials with the goal of raising students' interest in class VII Fiqh courses at MTs Sunan Kalijaga. The present study employs the research and development technique (R&D) including many stages, such as issue analysis and information gathering, product design for educational materials, product validation, product modification, and product testing. Information was gathered via student response surveys, documentation, interviews, and observation. The study's findings demonstrate that the created instructional materials fall into the category of very practical instructional resources, receiving an excellent average score of 92.5% from students.
