Abstract

This research is aimed at finding out the increase in the ability of teachers to streamline learning in the implementation of classroom supervision supervision at SD Negeri 30 Ampenan Mataram City for the 2019/2020 academic year. The results showed that the results of the supervision of the classroom visit model in SD Negeri 30 Ampenan in the first cycle showed that the success of the teacher in carrying out the teaching and learning process by prioritizing the main task of the teacher reached 75% or there were 14 out of 18 teachers who had succeeded in carrying out the teaching and learning process. These results indicate that in the first cycle classically, the teacher was not successful. This is because teachers who score ≥ 70 are only 77.78%. The achievement of this success is smaller than the desired completeness percentage of 85%. Whereas in cycle II, the success of the teacher in implementing the teaching and learning process by prioritizing the main task of the teacher reaches 100% or all teachers have succeeded in carrying out the teaching and learning process. These results indicate that in cycle II classically, the teacher has succeeded. This is because teachers who score ≥ 70 have reached the desired standardization requirement, namely 85%.
