Penguatan Tata Kelola Keuangan pada Unit F&B Hotel Merumata Senggigi untuk Meningkatkan Efisiensi Operasional

Abstract

This community service initiative was motivated by the critical importance of effective financial governance in supporting the sustainability and competitiveness of Food and Beverage (F&B) units within the hospitality industry. The primary objective of this program was to strengthen the financial management system of the F&B unit at Hotel Merumata Senggigi to enhance operational efficiency. The methods implemented included training, mentoring, and evaluation of the financial system, with active involvement of F&B unit employees as the main participants. The results indicated a significant improvement in employees’ understanding and skills related to budgeting, cost control, and accurate and transparent financial recordkeeping. Enhanced operational efficiency was evident in more effective cost management and increased employee engagement in financial governance processes. In conclusion, this program contributed to strengthening the managerial and operational capacities of the F&B unit and had a positive impact on financial management practices in the hospitality sector.
