ANALISIS KEBIJAKAN PENGUATAN KELEMBAGAAN MADRASAH di MI Maraqitta’limat Gelumpang

Abstract

The challenges faced by the current Islamic education system are of course varied, one of which is: madrasas tend to be stagnant in managing institutional quality management. Facing these challenges, it is necessary to strengthen the madrasah institutional system. This study aims to reveal institutional strengthening policies at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Maraqitta'limat Gelumpang. The focus of the research is: implementation of institutional strengthening policies in the Maraqitta'limat Gelumpang Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, which consists of: formulating institutional strengthening policies in the Maraqitta'limat Gelumpang Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, implementation of institutional strengthening policies in the Maraqitta'limat Gelumpang Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, as well as the obstacles encountered when implementing institutional strengthening policies at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Maraqitta'limat Gelumpang. The type of research used is: field research, with a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The research subjects were: teachers and managers of educational institutions at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Maraqitta'limat Gelumpang, data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: a) The vision and mission of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Maraqitta'limat Gelumpang are actually used as the basis for formulating policies for strengthening Madrasah, b) Implementation of institutional strengthening policies at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Maraqitta'limat Gelumpang has been running in accordance with national education standards , c) Obstacles from the implementation of institutional strengthening policies at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Maraqitta'limat Gelumpang occur because of a lack of synergy and cooperation between madrasah residents in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Maraqitta'limat Gelumpang. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the implementation of institutional strengthening policies at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Maraqitta'limat Gelumpang as a whole has been running according to national education standards.
