Abstract

Education has an important role in improving human quality. One of the factors for the success of education is the teacher, which can help students develop better. So to produce quality students, teachers need to have extensive experience and knowledge, and be able to use appropriate methods. So that learning runs effectively. Learning is a change in a person's behavior that is permanent, as a result of experience and practice, not due to a process of growth or maturity. Learning aims to identify the changes that occur in individuals, if you follow Bloom's theory, the learning objectives must touch the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. Blended learning is a learning method that uses two approaches, namely online and face-to-face systems via video conferencing. So that even though the teacher and students are separated, they can still interact with each other. As the current pandemic covid 19 case has spread, the use of this method is considered suitable for students in Indonesia. Due to the policy of guarding distance, students can still study at home and are able to absorb material from the teacher well. The method of analysis used is literature study, which is looking for reference sources from writers or other researchers related to learning and blended learning. Through the method used, it is hoped that there will be changes in students according to the stage of development, and education in Indonesia will run well and smoothly.
