Penerapan Program Unit Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) dengan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat di SD Negeri Poris Pelawad 06

Abstract

The implementation of the UKS program with PHBS at SD Negeri Poris Pelawad 06 has been going well, but there are still obstacles in its application, including lack of discipline and not getting used to it. This study aims to 1) determine the implementation of the school health unit (UKS) program with PHBS behavior at SD Negeri Poris Pelawad 06. 2) Knowing the knowledge of fifth grade students about PHBS. This research is descriptive research. The population in this study were UKS supervisors, fifth grade teachers, and fifth grade students of SD Negeri Poris Pelawad 06. Data collection methods used observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that 1) Knowledge of the implementation of the school health unit (UKS) program with clean and healthy living behavior at Poris Pelawad 06 Elementary School has been going well but the school still has problems in its implementation. UKS teachers and fifth grade teachers always provide health education to students. The puskesmas also plays an active role in the implementation of the UKS program. 2) the knowledge of fifth grade students of SD Negeri Poris Pelawad 06 is quite good but knowledge of PHBS must continue to be given habituation to get used to clean and healthy living behavior in everyday life.
