Abstract

This journal aims to describe Educator Management related to the functions and objectives of education management in MAN 1 Bantul. Education Management is one of the most important aspects of a school institution. This study uses several methods, including qualitative descriptive research methods. The results of this study indicate that the management of educators at MAN 1 Bantul is carried out in accordance with the established laws with the aim of improving the quality and quality of national education. Technology, developing education and community service. The implementation is given the duties and functions of the management of educators and education consisting of several elements, namely planning, recruitment, job placement, compensation, coaching, development, and evaluation. The assignment and function of education management has implications for school agencies when facing a lack of education personnel or educators with the recruitment process. Management of educators is needed in a school institution. Implementation of good management of educators and education personnel and can improve the performance of educators. The performance of educators can improve a quality for MAN 1 Bantul.
