Abstract

This journal aims to describe Educator Management related to the functions and objectives of education management in MAN 1 Bantul. Education Management is one of the most important aspects of a school institution. This study uses several methods, including qualitative descriptive research methods. The results of this study indicate that the management of educators at MAN 1 Bantul is carried out in accordance with the established laws with the aim of improving the quality and quality of national education.
