This study aims to find out information related to the implementation of the instructional e-learning model in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. Information on the implementation of the online learning model uses a case study with a qualitative approach. The informants consisted of 1 elementary school teacher in the city of Tangerang. The results of this study reveal that the implementation of online learning has not been effective because of several wrong factors such as difficulty controlling children who do not understand the material, there are still many who do not understand technology.
