Abstract

Management comes from English to manage, which means managing, managing, or managing. Management terminology is the process of coordinating work activities so that they can be completed efficiently and effectively with and through others. Based on the above, then management is a way to manage or even to manage something in order to get good and maximum results, and also to get the maximum work done.Mansia resources can be observed in two aspects, namely quality and quantity. Quantity concerns the amount of human resources (population) whose contribution is less important in development, compared to the quality aspect. Even the quantity of human resources without good quality will be a burden on the development of a nation. While the quality concerns the quality of the HR, which involves physical abilities and non-physical abilities (intelligence and mental).In the English-language dictionary, education is defined as training and learning. Whereas in the large Indonesian dictionary, education is defined as the process of changing the attitudes and behavior of a person or group in an effort to mature humans through the process of teaching and training. Whereas in Javanese terminology it is known as 'pelanggawentah' which means the processing, teaching, and nurturing of both the physical and mental health of the child.
