Abstract

Human characteristics expented in the context of building human recources are human beings who have sensitivity, idependence, responsibility for risk in decision making, developing all aspects of the potential through a continuous learning process to find oneself that is the process to learn to be. To achieve this goal constructivistic theory was chosen, because compared to other learning theories, this theory can anticipate a shift from education that emphasizes cognitive aspects to the human aspect as a whole. Learning theory is an attempt to describe how a person learns, thus helping us understand the inherently complex processes of learning. Learning theory can also be said as a set of general statements that are used to explain things that occur in learning activities. Learning theory must be able to connect between things that are now with how to produce it.
