Kepemimpinan Pendidikan Menurut Prespektif Al-Qur'an

Abstract

This article discusses the leadership of Islamic education seen from the perspective of the Qur'an. In an organization, the leader has a great responsibility in the success of an organization in order to achieve the goals that have been planned based on the Al-Quran and Hadith. In carrying out their duties, the leader has a lot of authority in managing this organization. Among others, such as regulating, moving, supervising and organizing its members. The leader is the face of an organization, if the leader is good then the organization will be good too. So it is very important for a leader to understand the concepts, elements, characteristics of Islamic education leadership in the view of the Qur'an. Therefore, this article aims to explain more clearly about the understanding, concepts, theories, elements, characteristics and application of the attitude of leaders in the perspective of the Qur'an. This article adopts library research and literature study. It is called library research because the data or materials needed to complete this article come from libraries, both books, journals and so on.
