Temporary activity Study students in madrasas accepted as the position of “first, last, and always” depends on the quality of the teacher. This show importance quality leadership in determine teacher performance and quality teaching in the classroom As for the purpose in study This are : For know about management and impact madrasa principal increase teacher performance at MA NW Nurul Iman Keruak . Study This use type study qualitative with take location at MA NW Nurul Iman Keruak. Data collection was carried out with use method observation, interview and documentation. Subject researcher in study This is Head of madrasah, and teachers at MA NW Nurul Iman Keruak. Data analysis using stages data collection through observation, interview, and documentation. Research results show that : 1) Management Head of Madrasa in increase teacher performance at MA NW Nurul Iman Keruak that is, includes 4 stages activities, namely : a) Planning (Planning), b) Organizing (Organizing), Implementation (Actuating), and d) Supervision (Controlling). 2) Impact management Head of Madrasa in increase teacher performance at MA NW Nurul Iman Keruak give impact positive because, teacher performance so more well marked from facet his discipline, from facet administration, achievement and improvement teacher performance in educate participant educate.
