Abstract

The implementation of this activity is carried out with the aim of increasing the concentration of student learning through Brain Gym activities. The stages of this activity begin with the initial stage (preparation), the core stage (implementation) and the final stage (evaluation). The initial stage is preparation, at this stage the initial observation, collection of material about brain gym movements and direct interviews with several students and lecturers in the STMIK Mataram environment. The core stage is the implementation carried out by providing brain gym training with several movements to improve the concentration of students of STMIK Mataram. The selection of movements is done by paying attention to the characteristics and learning environment of students. The last stage is the evaluation carried out by looking at a comparison of the concentration levels of students before and after being given training. Based on the implementation of the activity, the results show that Brain Gym can have a positive influence on increasing concentration, attention, alertness and the ability of brain function to plan, respond and make decisions. Besides the brain gym can also improve learning skills because it is influenced by a good level of concentration.
