This study aims to determine the meaning of school culture and elements of school culture and to find out how the picture contained in the school environment from teachers to teachers or students and all who are in the school environment. By using the library research method, namely by collecting various bibliography, reading and taking notes from research materials that obtain various data about school culture with the aim of assessing how the development of school culture is accompanied by its characteristics. By instilling morality and the spirit of students to continue to learn and continue to learn as well as instill cultural values ​​that are instilled such as cleanliving habits and noble character. On the other hand, regarding the characteristics of school crocodiles, namely how the abilities and behaviors of the school make reference and are implemented for students so that they can serve as examples for anyone involved in it.
