PENDAMPINGAN PENYUSUNAN DOKUMEN JABATAN FUNGSIONAL PANGKAT ASISTEN AHLI DI INSTITUT STUDI ISLAM SUNAN DOE TAHUN AKADEMIK 2022/2023

Abstract

This dedication aims to provide systematic and sustainable assistance to academic staff at the Sunan Doe Institute of Islamic Studies for the Academic Year 2022/2023 in preparing functional position documents for the Assistant Lecturer rank. The dedication employs a systematic and sustainable mentoring method to help academic staff at the Sunan Doe Institute of Islamic Studies in preparing functional position documents for the Assistant Lecturer rank. This method begins with Needs Identification, Compilation of Guidance Materials, Training Sessions and Guidance, Documentation of Best Practices, Monitoring and Evaluation, Preparation of Document Prototypes, Results Socialization, and Long-Term Monitoring. The results of the mentoring show that academic staff not only gain technical knowledge but also understand the context and specific needs of the institution. With a holistic approach, the development of skills and the improvement of quality in the preparation of functional position documents are effectively achieved, creating an environment that supports the development of human resources quality in the academic environment of the Sunan Doe Institute of Islamic Studies.
